Hennig Olsen
Hennig Olsen is a Norwegian ice cream brand that was founded in 1924. The Hennig Olsen brand only uses high quality ingredients and focuses on sustainability and local resourcing. Today Hennig Olsen keeps producing new ice cream, with a goal to create memorable and joyful days.
This project was a school exam where I created my own ice cream. I therefore made a visual identity for Femmern. An ice cream where children could get their daily dose of “one a day”. With my ice cream they get the taste of nice fruity ice cream with vegetables in it.
My target group is children from 5-12 years old. In this age group they are more likely to be picky eaters and stubborn to try new foods. Femmern is made with both fruits and vegetables to hold up five a day rule.
